The weather in Bournemouth

Bournemouth has a mild climate and the weather is usually better than in the rest of the country. "Warm" wind from the sea makes sure winters are very mild. Snow is certainly a rarity these days as the temperature almost never dips below freezing point during the winter. A combination of the weather with the beach is the main reason why so many Brits flock to Bournemouth during the summer months. Even with the weather being distorted throughout Western and Northen Europe, you will most definitely find days to apply that sunblock and worship the sun.

Like in the rest of the United Kingdom, it also rains in Bournemouth. So if you're coming from abroad, make sure you bring an umbrella, or at least buy one upon arrival. Below you can see what the weather is currently like in Bournemouth and also get a live image of the beach.
